5.1 mop888 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following approved payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay and LinkAja. Accepted methods are subject to change and the current list is displayed at the point of deposit on the Platform.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless otherwise stated on a specific promotion or payment method page. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated at the time of transaction.
5.3 Deposits are credited to your Account in real time or within a short processing window, depending on the payment method. If a deposit has not appeared in your Account within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
5.4 You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and refund of the deposit.

5.6 mop888 reserves the right to reverse any deposit and return funds to the original payment source if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or violation of these Terms.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be held in a pending state until verification is concluded.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your Account.
6.3 Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name and must correspond to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically feasible. If you have deposited via multiple methods, mop888 may require withdrawals to be proportionally split across those methods.

6.7 Real-money funds that have been subject to a chargeback, reversal, or dispute initiated by the User may be withheld pending investigation. Where a chargeback is found to be fraudulent, mop888 may pursue recovery of those funds through all available legal means.
7.1 mop888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. The specific terms of each promotion — including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit, wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions and expiry date — are set out in the individual promotion's terms and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.
7.2 Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply:

7.4 The decision of mop888 regarding bonus disputes is final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 11.
8.1 All bets placed on the Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product type — sports betting (including bandar bola, football bookmaker markets, and mix parlay accumulators), live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), slots and any other product offered from time to time. Product-specific rules are available within each game or product section of the Platform.
8.2 Once a bet is confirmed by the Platform's system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User, unless the Platform expressly offers a cash-out or void option for that market.
8.3 In the event of a technical error, system malfunction or human error that results in an incorrect price, payout or settlement, mop888 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return stakes to the User's Account. mop888 will not be obliged to honour payouts that result from an obvious error.
8.4 Winnings derived from voided bets, incorrectly priced markets, or settlement errors must be returned to mop888 if they have already been credited. mop888 may deduct such amounts directly from the User's Account Balance.
8.5 mop888 reserves the right to set individual betting limits, including maximum stake and maximum payout per bet, per event and per player. These limits are applied at the Platform's discretion and are not disclosed in advance.

9.1 The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mop888 Platform. Any User found to be engaging in Restricted Activities may have their Account immediately suspended, their Balance frozen pending investigation, and any winnings voided:

11.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mop888 holds its international operating licence. By registering an Account, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
11.2 In the event of a dispute relating to a bet, game outcome or Account matter, you must first contact mop888's customer support team at [email protected] and allow a reasonable period of up to 14 calendar days for the matter to be investigated and resolved internally.

11.4 mop888's decisions on all betting and gaming disputes, made in good faith following a fair internal review, are final and binding except where an error of fact or process is demonstrated in writing.
